Order Fulfilment and Shipping

Natural Thyme operates as a marketplace for approved vendors to advertise their products to buyers. Natural Thyme takes all payments and transfers payment to vendors once orders have been dispatched and provided proof of postage. As such it is the vendors selling on Natural Thyme that provide the fulfilment of orders placed on the website. An order can be placed for products from multiple vendors so they are split accordingly and an order might be fulfilled by several vendors.

Natural Thyme provides all the tools necessary for vendors to manage their orders, export their order data, and print invoices and packing slips. In these cases this information may include your name, business name, business address, email and telephone number. This information will only be available to vendors that you have ordered products from on Natural Thyme. Vendors who you don’t order from will have no access to any of the information listed above.

We also provide an API (Application Programming Interface) for vendors to connect their systems to ours allowing them to streamline their process in managing orders with their existing systems. Our API may allow the exchange of the following information for managing orders and customer enquiries your name, business name, business address, email and telephone number.

Email Marketing

Some of our email marketing is administered through Mailchimp (www.mailchimp.com), and we may store some of your information - including your name, email address and contact preferences - on a Mailchimp server. If you contact Mailchimp directly regarding your subscription to our email communications, Mailchimp may contact you directly; otherwise, they will never contact you.

MailChimp is a U.S. based company and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework. For more information, see Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy.
